Validation Engineering Lead (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite 5 days per week at the Chandler, Arizona office; remote flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates in Silicon Valley, California

What you will do

• Develop laboratory validation plans for semiconductor products.
• Create automated tests aligned with validation plans.
• Set up and debug laboratory hardware and test configurations.
• Debug products during validation and communicate issues and proposed solutions.
• Document test results and complete validation according to project schedules.
• Lead and guide validation team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience validating integrated circuits.
• Proven experience delivering validation plans for complex products.
• Strong Python scripting skills for laboratory automation.
• Experience with power supplies, oscilloscopes, meters, and similar laboratory electronics equipment.
• Experience with silicon bring-up, post-silicon debugging, and leading validation projects at top-tier electronics companies.
