Cyber Security Researcher (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site only. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

hirify.global is a Singapore Ministry of Defence agency conducting cybersecurity research.

What you will do

• Investigate cyber threats and assess their impact on systems and software.
• Research operating system architecture, including kernels and subsystems, and analyze malware exploitation techniques.
• Conduct vulnerability research, code audits, black-box testing, reverse engineering, proof-of-concept simulations, and malware analysis.
• Discover and remediate threats affecting mobile devices, PCs, printers, routers, network security appliances, and cryptographic services.
• Research and engineer novel cybersecurity solutions for emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Background in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Strong interest in and passion for Infocomm security.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Creative, innovative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Singapore Citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C programming and Assembly.
