Cyber Security Researcher (Mobile) (Android/iOS cybersecurity research): Researching advanced cyber actors and developing proof-of-concept tools for next-generation Android and iOS protection with an accent on malware analysis, reverse engineering, and attacker-trend research. Focus on developing mobile security POCs, performing application reverse engineering, and documenting technical deliverables.

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site

hirify.global is a cybersecurity research agency under Singapore's Ministry of Defence.

What you will do

Research advanced cyber actors, malware, and attacker techniques.
Develop proof-of-concept code for Android and iOS.
Perform reverse engineering and application development.
Support the development of next-generation mobile protection tools.
Document research deliverables for knowledge management.

Requirements

Academic background in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
Strong interest in and passion for Infocomm security.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Creative, innovative, self-motivated, and independent working style.
Singapore citizenship is required; only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
Senior and entry-level positions are available.

Nice to have

Knowledge of C programming and Assembly.
