Operations Supervisor, Vault (Shift 1) (Operations): Leading onsite vault operations, logistics, staffing, and product processing for collectible items with an accent on safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service KPIs. Focus on supervising shift employees, improving team efficiency, executing action plans, and balancing operational throughput with cost and quality.
Location: Onsite at the New Castle, Delaware facility, United States. Schedule: Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Salary: $63,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage safety, staffing, training, and performance for weekend-shift employees.
- Monitor productivity, assign tasks, and coordinate onsite operations and logistics.
- Oversee product processing while balancing throughput, cost, and quality.
- Own safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service KPIs.
- Ensure procedures and company policies are followed, including safety, attendance, and security requirements.
- Develop techniques and action plans to improve team efficiency and collaborate with other shift supervisors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in an operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain company policies and procedures.
- Data-driven problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, drive change, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with trading cards, tickets, and other sports and non-sports collectibles.
