Product Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join our team and help us scale smarter. You will be comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a startup environment, navigating between product ideation and execution, and thriving in a setting where digital and physical experiences are deeply connected. What you will do

• Lead product discovery and delivery across web, mobile, and in-clinic tools.
• Work closely with ops, marketing, clinicians, and tech to align user needs with business goals.
• Manage product backlogs and roadmaps in collaboration with design and engineering.
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on impact, data, and input from the field.
• Define success metrics and track product performance.
• Support migrations and scaling of workflows as we grow internationally.

Requirements

• Have experience in startups, ideally in healthtech or other online-offline hybrid models (e.g., retail, logistics, mobility).
• Understand the challenges of managing complex user journeys, from web/app interactions to in-clinic operations.
• Fluent Spanish and English is required, we’re a truly international team, and both languages are part of the day-to-day.
• Be comfortable owning features end-to-end: from discovery and stakeholder alignment to delivery and iteration.
• Enjoy working cross-functionally with clinicians, ops, designers, engineers, and data folks.
