Head of Product (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap for logical data unification.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition and concept through delivery and releases.
• Develop repeatable self-service enterprise use cases and support documented customer adoption.
• Plan integrations and data flows across the enterprise landscape, connecting the platform with emerging AI technologies.
• Work with founders, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to prioritize use cases and deliver business outcomes.
• Define go-to-market plans, including packaging, pricing, positioning, documentation, enablement assets, and demos.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of Product Management experience focused on logical data modeling, master data management, data integration, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience designing or managing integration tools, MDM, ERP, or analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of data management, APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong technical acumen for architecture and design discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Experience in Agile development and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience with 0→1 and 1→N product development at an early-stage AI company.
• MBA.
