What you will do
- Develop and maintain the management information systems framework for the collections function.
- Keep reporting and performance dashboards updated on time with complete accuracy.
- Analyze historical collection data to set monthly targets for teams and individuals.
- Calculate and review monthly incentives for accuracy and fairness.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day collection tools and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with collection strategy, operations, and risk management teams to align MIS outputs with business needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in MIS or analytics roles within financial services, preferably in collections.
- Experience with capacity planning and target calculation.
- Familiarity with collection management system platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to contribute consistently in a fast-paced environment.
