What you will do
- Analyze clinical billing processes and translate them into clear requirements and rules for the billing module.
- Design and maintain billing content, validation logic, workflows, texts, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor legal and regulatory requirements and coordinate the resulting product changes.
- Support product management, the Medical Team, customer projects, and implementations with requirements analysis, solution design, demos, process analysis, and customization.
- Train and enable users on billing, coding, and best practices.
- Analyze operational KPIs and error patterns, derive improvements, and act as a professional escalation point.
Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training in health economics, healthcare management, business administration, public health, medicine, or nursing, with experience in hospital billing.
- In-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing logic and processes, including experience with common healthcare billing systems.
- Experience translating professional requirements into clear specifications and performing professional quality assurance.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, structured, and conceptual skills.
- Enjoyment of customer- and project-oriented work, including workshops, process analysis, and training.
- Very good German and good English skills required.
