GRC Analyst (AI Governance)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; on-site at least four days a week

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Author, update, and enforce corporate security policies across departments.
• Manage security awareness training campaigns and serve as the training platform owner.
• Convert security policies into interactive learning modules with comprehension quizzes and mandatory sign-offs.
• Establish and enforce an internal AI governance framework with Data, Legal, and Technology teams.
• Conduct risk assessments for emerging tools and internal AI models, maintaining behavioral guardrails.
• Report training metrics, policy exceptions, and risk posture to senior management while reviewing vendor security profiles and software pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in information security GRC, cybersecurity training, or technology compliance.
• Experience managing required security awareness programs and driving cross-functional accountability.
• Experience with modern training orchestration platforms and knowledge of AI and machine-learning data security.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and PCI-DSS frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex regulatory requirements to non-technical employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline.

• GRC certifications such as CISA or CRISC.
