Senior Implementation Consultant (Finance Automation): Leading BlackLine implementations that streamline financial close and continuous accounting, especially intercompany processes, with an accent on functional design, client workshops, and finance transformation. Focus on managing strategic projects, configuring the BlackLine application, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and developing solution roadmaps and go-to-market assets.
Location: Bucharest, Romania. Candidates living within a reasonable commute to a office are expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Lead discovery, functional design, configuration, and deployment for transformation implementations.
- Act as project manager and functional design lead, coordinating clients, implementation partners, and internal resources.
- Lead workshops and advise Controllership, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and other stakeholders on process enablement and solution roadmaps.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities to increase product utilization and long-term client value.
- Maintain client relationships through delivery and support while managing escalations and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop product playbooks, demonstration environments, workshops, competitive materials, and training for Solution Consultants.
Requirements
- Consulting experience focused on process improvement and technology enablement.
- Experience managing large transformational projects for strategic accounts.
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and translate business objectives into product-enabled solutions.
- Experience delivering presentations and product demonstrations and engaging with multiple Finance functions.
- Ability to work independently, proactively manage projects, and collaborate with broader teams.
- Up to 75% travel is required.
Nice to have
- Three or more years of experience in audit or accounting.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
- Accounting degree, CPA, and/or PMP certification.
