Head of Product Management & Marketing (Edge AI)

Location: On-site 5 days a week in NW Austin, Texas, United States. The role includes approximately 15–25% travel for customers, trade shows, and cross-site meetings. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

What you will do

• Own portfolio strategy, product lifecycles, and 3–5-year roadmaps across silicon, AI tools, SDKs, and reference solutions.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, pricing, packaging, business cases, and investment priorities.
• Lead integrated product launches and partner with Sales and Business Development on design wins, funnel health, and channel programs.
• Build customer-facing enablement assets, including solution briefs, benchmarks, competitive battlecards, demos, and reference designs.
• Translate customer and market needs into requirements for architecture, silicon, firmware, AI tools, and software.
• Hire, mentor, and develop the product organization while establishing data-driven operating rhythms, launch gates, and KPI dashboards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product management or product marketing for semiconductors, embedded systems, or edge AI.
• 7+ years managing product management or product marketing leaders and individual contributors.
• Proven ownership of silicon and software portfolios, including MCUs, SoCs, ASICs, SDKs, toolchains, or reference designs.
• Experience taking complex technical products from concept through high-volume production.
• Strong financial, pricing, margin, P&L, market modeling, and analytical skills.
• BS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field required; MS or MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with wearables, hearables, consumer health, industrial IoT, medical applications, or vision and audio AI at the edge.
• Experience with Zephyr, RTOS, TensorFlow Lite Micro, TVM, compilers, kernels, model optimization, or ML performance.
• Developer marketing, community-building, and reference application pipeline experience.
