Founding Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site at hirify.global's office in Brooklyn, New York

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year plus 0.05%–0.2% equity

hirify.global builds secure Action & Agent platforms for custom AI workflows used by institutions across healthcare, government, financial infrastructure, cybersecurity, sales, IT, and customer support.

What you will do

• Own customer success end to end, including onboarding, training, enablement, renewals, expansions, and scalable success processes.
• Build metrics to evaluate product impact, engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Engage with customers and engineering and go-to-market teams to distill product feedback and resolve support issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and business objectives to maximize the impact of AI products on critical workflows.
• Identify and synthesize feedback themes across the customer base and communicate them to shape the product roadmap.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
• High ownership of projects, outcomes, and customer improvements from ambiguous beginnings through completion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bias toward action.
• Interest in applying frontier AI to healthcare, government, financial infrastructure, or other high-impact industries.
• Familiarity with AI technology and its applications, with some technical experience, is preferred.
