Head of Forward Deployed Engineering (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; on-site client work is required, especially around go-lives.

What you will do

• Lead a growing team of 10+ Forward Deployed Engineers and own delivery outcomes across enterprise clients.
• Manage delivery metrics, quality signals, escalation rates, production stability, and client feedback.
• Define the FDE performance bar, run 30-60-90 day onboarding ramps, coach team members, and conduct evaluations.
• Own flow reviews, deployment status cadences, and on-site schedules across clients.
• Manage hiring from sourcing through practical interviews and onboarding to independent delivery.
• Participate directly in solution reviews, key client engagements, and go-lives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a technical delivery team of 5-15 people in solutions engineering, professional services, implementation, or a similar function.
• Technical depth sufficient to review solution designs, challenge integration approaches, and assess LLM-based systems.
• Experience defining quality standards, measuring performance, and making difficult performance decisions.
• Comfort working with enterprise stakeholders in steering committees and go-live war rooms.
• Clear thinking and strong writing skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English are required.
