Focus on integrating agents with APIs, databases, and knowledge bases, evaluating and debugging performance, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and safety.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and fine-tune AI agents and MCP tools for complex multi-turn conversations and autonomous workflows.
- Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and knowledge bases.
- Build and maintain pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying AI agents in production.
- Collaborate with product teams, data engineers, data analysts, and software engineers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance for reliability, scalability, and safety.
- Track advances in LLMs, AI agent architectures, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agent design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with AWS or Azure and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Basic understanding of database management and data handling.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Research or project experience with LLMs or agentic AI.
- Experience with multimodal AI models, reinforcement learning, or knowledge graph integration.
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and deployment workflows.
