What you will do
- Define and execute a high-impact engagement roadmap to improve retention and community growth.
- Host virtual events, AMAs with Ivy League alumni, and community challenges.
- Recruit and mentor student ambassadors to scale the international student network.
- Analyze user behavior with GA, WebEngage, MS Clarity, Metabase, or similar tools.
- Partner with Product to identify friction points and translate community feedback into product requirements.
- Maintain a trusted, high-signal community environment with minimal spam.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of high-stakes experience owning a P&L, growth metric, or critical business area.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building or leading a high-growth vertical.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to operate without detailed instructions.
- Ability to communicate with developers and translate community needs into technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with GA, WebEngage, MS Clarity, Metabase, or similar analytics tools.
- Basic data exploration and analysis skills.
