hirify.global builds open-source AI infrastructure, including SGLang and Miles, for developers and enterprises.

What you will do

• Build cohesive visual systems for hirify.global and SGLang across marketing, events, and community initiatives.
• Create visual assets for event branding, booths, signage, swag, decks, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
• Develop original illustrations that define and extend the brands' visual identities.
• Use AI-native workflows, including GPT Image, Nano Banana, and Claude Code, to explore concepts and deliver production-ready assets.
• Collaborate with the design team and cross-functional partners to create scalable design systems.

Requirements

• Portfolio or personal website is required; applications without one will not be reviewed.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership, design thinking, and quality of work.
• Proven experience in event and marketing design.
• Strong illustration skills with original work for brands, campaigns, or events.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with comfort using AI tools in daily design work.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for large-scale events or conferences.
• Motion design experience with After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar tools.
• 3D design skills with Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
