Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Support software engineers in developing software products and solutions through guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and support successful delivery.
• Manage project tasks, assignments, priorities, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve delivery issues.
• Mentor team members through feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
• Contribute to software engineering strategy, technology assessments, and a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, organizational, and time management skills.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience and familiarity with software development best practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to grow in a leadership role.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
