Incident Response Coordinator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and report to the U.S. Headquarters in Las Colinas, Texas three days per week.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee cybersecurity incident management from initiation through successful closure.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, incident escalations, and status updates.
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple incidents and prioritize response efforts.
• Coordinate technical, legal, compliance, executive, and internal stakeholders during engagements.
• Organize incident tasks, decisions, actions, and reporting for post-incident analysis.
• Track security posture improvements and coordinate post-incident activities for customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in incident or project management, SOC operations management, or cybersecurity coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience directing and coordinating cybersecurity incident response in high-pressure environments.
• Understanding of incident response frameworks such as NIST 800-61 and SANS.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, EDR platforms, forensic processes, and threat intelligence sources.
