What you will do

• Participate in crypto-related Telegram and Discord communities and build genuine relationships with members.
• Share reports, articles, and product updates in an organic, non-promotional way.
• Create timely posts that encourage discussion and engagement.
• Coordinate content timing and messaging with the marketing, community, and content teams.
• Track community reactions and refine engagement strategies.
• Monitor Web3 trends, memes, and community culture.

Requirements

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City and available for onsite work only.
• Fluent English, especially written English, for communication in English-speaking groups.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture and online group dynamics.
• Strong social and written communication skills with the ability to read community sentiment.
• Creative, strategic, and subtle approach to community engagement, with a clear distinction between sharing and shilling.

Nice to have

• Experience in community management.
• Experience with crypto Twitter.
• Experience creating viral memes or social posts.
• Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
