What you will do
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Kanghui Trauma portfolio.
- Manage product launch planning, commercialization activities, and launch readiness.
- Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio planning.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and key opinion leaders.
- Plan and support marketing events, symposiums, and educational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device marketing, product management, or market development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to travel (local & international) up to 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience in Orthopedics, Trauma, or related medical device segments.
- Experience supporting product launches and portfolio management.
- Clinical understanding and knowledge of Trauma procedures.
