Business Analyst - Graduate Development Program (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid work in Pisa, Milan, Collecchio, Roma, or Verona, Italy; candidates must be based in Italy or willing to relocate to Italy. Non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit and full legal right to work in Italy.

What you will do

• Analyze processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Support data processing and business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams on end-to-end solutions.
• Present findings, gather feedback, and iterate based on real-world data.
• Support different stages of the product lifecycle across trading and workflow automation solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM field, obtained within the last year or currently in progress.
• Strong academic record.
• Written and spoken English at B2 level or above.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Full legal right to work in Italy; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
