Tech Lead Java Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable full-stack payment applications.
• Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot and responsive front-end experiences with React.
• Design and optimize integrations between user interfaces, APIs, and Snowflake data layers.
• Set engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Drive API security, credential management, PCI compliance, and unit and integration testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of full-stack software design and development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or mentorship.
• Advanced Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React expertise.
• Experience with relational databases or data warehouses and advanced SQL tuning; Snowflake is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, .NET Core, Redux or Context API, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Apigee, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, or Gradle.
