What you will do
- Own the product lifecycle for one or more product areas from ideation and requirements through delivery, launch, and adoption.
- Conduct customer discovery, identify pain points, and translate insights into product decisions.
- Work daily with R&D teams on technical discussions, architecture trade-offs, and clear requirements.
- Enable sales and customer success with product knowledge, materials, and positioning.
- Define and validate opportunities using customer research, data analysis, competitive intelligence, and experiments.
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success while tracking product success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Technical background through software engineering, hands-on development, or work on developer tools, infrastructure, or APIs.
- Experience owning products end-to-end from idea to launch and adoption.
- Ability to read code, understand system architecture, and collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Strong customer orientation, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and communication skills.
- Comfort with fast iteration, shifting priorities, and using AI tools to improve productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B or enterprise products.
- Experience with AI/ML products, LLMs, code generation, or developer productivity tooling.
- Experience shipping products integrated with IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, or code review workflows.
- Experience with product-led growth, software engineering, or technical leadership.
