Infrastructure Engineer (AI/Robotics)

Location: On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area (San Mateo) or Boston (Somerville)

What you will do

• Own cloud infrastructure across the compute, storage, data processing, API, service, and monitoring stack.
• Manage CPU and GPU compute for cost-effective, high-throughput processing of petabytes of robotics data.
• Design and maintain infrastructure for storing and processing petabyte-scale datasets.
• Maintain the security posture of infrastructure and data, including cloud permissions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing high-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Strong familiarity with AWS services or equivalent cloud platforms and their permission models.
• Experience working with Python-based services.
• Strong opinions on the appropriate use of coding agents in infrastructure environments.
