Engineer II-Equipment (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Administer, report on, supervise, and improve equipment, systems, jigs, tooling, logistics, and assembly-line operations.
• Support front-of-line, end-of-line, back-end, and test assembly activities.
• Provide support during major equipment downtime.
• Administer preventive maintenance and calibration systems, schedules, and activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes.
• Coordinate new product and equipment releases with process and design engineering.

Requirements

• Degree or technical education in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control Technology, or Engineering.
• Experience or capability in maintaining manufacturing records and reporting systems.
• Ability to estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling, equipment, and process requirements.
• Ability to ensure preventive maintenance and calibration schedules and activities are implemented.
• Travel requirement: 0%–25%.
