What you will do

• Participate in a 6-month paid program with flexible start dates, working on real internal and customer-facing problems.
• Rotate around different departments to gain broad experience and build a diverse portfolio.
• Ship impactful work from day one with a bias towards action and high agency.
• Collaborate with a variety of people across the organization and contribute multidisciplinary skills including design and coding.
• Develop strong decision-making skills and well-calibrated intuitions.
• Potential to receive a full-time offer upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Redwood City.
• Willingness to engage in multidisciplinary tasks including talking to people, designing, and coding.
• Driven by speed, impact, and growth pace.
• Immigration and sponsorship support available based on individual circumstances.
