Lead Finance Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the development and continuous enhancement of the Group’s rolling medium-term financial forecast.
• Prepare management presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the financial health, capital requirements, strategic alignment, and performance of portfolio companies and directly held entities.
• Review board materials and oversee significant financial and corporate actions, including capital infusions, restructures, dividends, and intercompany arrangements.
• Develop financial models for valuations, investment assessments, and strategic decision-making.
• Support M&A, investment, divestment, financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-transaction monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investor relations, M&A, valuation, financial planning, or transaction advisory.
• Solid understanding of capital structure, funding instruments, and financial metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.

Nice to have

• Experience in Big Four firms or investment banking.
• CFA, MBA, or CPA candidacy.
