What you will do
- Design and evolve microservices architecture for high-throughput telemetry and security events from distributed developer machines.
- Own the deployment and lifecycle of local protection agents running on engineer laptops.
- Build backend pipelines and storage solutions for real-time security data from IDEs and local AI tools.
- Deliver full-stack features, including UI components that present backend data and endpoint health.
- Improve software stability with automated quality gates, low-latency performance, and resilient architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping complex backend systems or distributed architectures.
- Production experience designing and maintaining microservices, including service discovery, inter-service communication, and high-scale data ingestion.
- Strong server-side development skills with TypeScript and Node, including modern ecosystems such as NestJS or Adonis.
- Practical experience with React or Vue and building UI components for backend telemetry and insights.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ownership mindset and ability to solve complex engineering problems independently.
Nice to have
- Experience building local software for macOS, Linux, or Windows, including background agents, daemons, or system services.
- Experience with EDR, XDR, endpoint protection, or securing developer workflows.
- Experience designing complex algorithms or high-performance data pipelines.
