What you will do
- Conduct original research in LLM training and evaluation, RAG, reinforcement learning, and AI agents.
- Develop and experiment with models, algorithms, and methodologies that improve AI-agent performance on real-world tasks.
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel methods with in-house researchers.
- Present findings through research papers, technical talks, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Contribute research insights to Samaya's product roadmap.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field.
- Strong background in deep learning, large language models, and NLP techniques.
- Strong first-author publication record at top AI/NLP conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Transformers, with strong coding skills.

- Deep domain knowledge of RAG, reinforcement learning, and AI-agent training and evaluation.
