TL;DR
Graduate Test Automation Engineer (Software Testing): Supporting automated test execution, script maintenance, defect documentation, and basic test-case development with an accent on foundational automation skills and software quality practices. Location: Skopje, North Macedonia; hybrid work with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Assist with executing automated test suites and reporting results.
- Maintain automated test scripts under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Identify, document, and report defects found during automated testing.
- Create basic automated test cases for simple functionalities.
- Support documentation of test results, issues, and testing processes.
- Participate in standups, team meetings, training, and mentoring activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and programming fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong willingness to learn, communication skills, teamwork, accountability, and learning agility.
