What you will do

• Create high-performance visual creatives for various advertising platforms.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new concepts.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
• Apply animation, composition, and color theory principles to design assets.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative production workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position (design experience in other fields considered for junior candidates).
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of animation, video editing, composition, and color theory.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Kling, Nanobanana, or Seedance.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
