Test Equipment Engineer (AI Photonics)

Location: Singapore; onsite at the factory site

What you will do

• Maintain and service test equipment at the factory site.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Manage tester control, qualification, and setup for new and existing equipment.
• Support GR&R procedures and implement Equipment SPC for ongoing process control.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory, equipment records, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, preferably in optoelectronic manufacturing.
• Familiarity with tester qualification and GR&R procedures.
• Understanding of Equipment SPC principles and application.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
