Senior Applications Developer

Base salary: $108,000–$136,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Gather requirements from internal users and develop new applications and enhancements for existing systems.
• Design, deploy, document, and support applications used by hirify.global staff and customers.
• Apply new hirify.global IRIS features to applications and provide feedback to product development.
• Provide technical customer support and consultation for product installation and applications.
• Integrate internal applications and legacy systems.
• Manage multiple projects and workflows through successful completion.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a full-stack development role.
• Experience developing across Windows and Unix environments.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and development.
• Competence with REST, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSL, SOAP, or web services.
• Familiarity with hirify.global IRIS, Caché, or Ensemble.
• Experience with agentic coding assistants and building AI skills, plugins, MCP servers, or agents.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a technical or STEM field.
• Experience deploying application-rich intranets or extranets.
• Process improvement, program management, or project management experience.
