What you will do

• Conduct research and build systems for embodied physical intelligence and deployable robotic behavior.
• Develop and evaluate Vision-Language-Action models, World Models, World Action Models, simulation methods, and reinforcement learning approaches.
• Design experiments involving perception, planning, control, manipulation, and long-horizon behavior on simulated and physical robots.
• Build training and evaluation pipelines for large-scale embodied learning systems.
• Work with research and engineering teams to move prototypes into real or simulated robot platforms.
• Contribute to technical reports, research discussions, and appropriate publications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, PhD student status, recent graduation, or early-career research or engineering experience in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to implement, debug, evaluate, and productionize research ideas and AI-assisted code.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in robotic manipulation, mobile manipulation, or industrial robotics.
• Experience with multimodal or embodied models, World Models, action-conditioned prediction, planning, or control.
• Experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Gym, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, ManiSkill, or Habitat.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, robotic policies, real robot hardware, data collection, or deployment pipelines.
• Research, open-source, or high-impact engineering contributions.
