Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; relocation to Cyprus is required

What you will do

• Design and implement fault-tolerant, autoscalable infrastructure for processing more than 2 million images per minute with modern GPUs.
• Automate and support distributed infrastructure across more than ten regional data centres.
• Optimize service-to-service operational interactions.
• Set up monitoring, logging, statistics collection and storage for hundreds of high-performance servers, with autoscaling up to 8,000 servers.
• Maintain CI/CD systems and process up to 200,000 log records per second.
• Develop emergency response strategies for denial-of-service incidents affecting one or more regions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Python or Go.
• Confident knowledge of Linux and Docker.
• Expert knowledge of HTTP, DNS, scaling strategies and load balancing.
• Experience building production systems with IaaS platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of modern methods for reliable operation of highly loaded network applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch/ELK, ClickHouse clusters or Concourse CI/CD.
