Software Execution Program Manager (Automotive)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel; hybrid workplace

Company

hirify.global's Platform Software department develops camera software supporting ADAS and autonomous-driving projects.

What you will do

• Own software execution across multiple platforms and customer programs from roadmap and requirements through development, integration, validation, release, and production readiness.
• Manage technical prerequisites including specifications, firmware, initialization sequences, test setups, and supplier deliverables.
• Build integrated program plans covering features, bring-ups, diagnostics, safety mechanisms, platform releases, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Drive priorities, capacity decisions, resource trade-offs, risks, blockers, and technical decision forums across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Lead ASPICE-aligned quality and safety execution, including requirements and test traceability, functional-safety activation, review readiness, defect follow-up, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish execution governance with dashboards and automation for planning, dependency tracking, release tracking, and decision-oriented reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within a complex software development environment.
• Experience owning multi-project roadmaps, integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, requirements, integration and validation, CI/CD, release management, and configuration or branch management.
• Experience with system engineering and cross-layer hardware-software integration, including the ability to understand technical architecture and challenge execution plans.
• Fluent English and Hebrew are required. Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, autonomous-driving, embedded, or safety-critical software development.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, functional safety, or cybersecurity.
• Experience with hardware, silicon, or sensor suppliers.
• Experience with camera systems, image sensors, board or sensor bring-up, SerDes, diagnostics, or other low-level domains.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, roadmaps, dashboards, and execution reporting.
