AI Engineer (Atlas)

Location: Must be based in New York City (Flatiron) for 5 days a week in-office

Compensation: $100,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Embed directly within teams to build intelligence deeper into workflows.
• Develop agent teammates capable of pushing code to production and self-repairing systems.
• Invent new infrastructure, interfaces, and operating models for human-agent collaboration.
• Deploy advanced applied ML at production scale to handle entire jobs end-to-end.
• Build systems that keep company knowledge current automatically.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person in Flatiron, NYC 5 days a week.
• Excitement about working with coding agents and frontier AI technologies.
• Passion for applying agents to real-world, complex economic problems.
• Experience or strong interest in building at the frontier of AI and knowledge work.
