Software Engineer (Full Stack & Mobile)

Location: On-site in New York City or San Francisco; required to work in person 4–5 days per week.

Salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Contribute to the core software platform automating the leasing process and supporting apartment communities.
• Develop and own features that increase customer value.
• Propose improvements to software architecture and design patterns.
• Drive engineering best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, take ownership of projects, and attract strong engineering talent.

Requirements

• Experience shipping scalable mobile applications to the app store.
• At least 2 years of experience with Java, C#, Go, or Python.
• At least 2 years of experience with Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C++.
• Strong system design skills and understanding of microservices and event-driven distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS and an understanding of machine learning and data.
• Availability to work in person at the New York City or San Francisco office 4–5 days per week.
