What you will do
- Plan, manage, and lead multidisciplinary projects through all development phases.
- Coordinate VLSI, RF, systems, hardware, algorithms, software, and validation teams.
- Identify technical and execution risks and drive solutions.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and against defined KPIs.
- Report program progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- 7+ years of experience in system design, architecture, or verification.
- Strong leadership, management, collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew required.

- Experience with VLSI, RF, hardware, or software development.
