Product Lead (Payments)

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and market positioning for the Pay Apps and TMS portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and business case development through delivery, launch, and performance optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Customer teams to prioritize initiatives and drive go-to-market activities.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform product innovation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate business requirements into product capabilities, and deliver measurable customer and business value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for complex products or services.
• Strong analytical skills covering market trends, customer needs, financial data, and business opportunities.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decisions across teams and leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in software, technology, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Background in Agile product development, software delivery, business analysis, or technology consulting.
• Experience with product pricing strategies, commercial models, or P&L management.
