Marketing Producer (Aerospace)

Location: Hawthorne, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate prospective events by researching audiences, industry relevance, costs, logistics, risks, resources, and success metrics.
• Plan and lead end-to-end event production, including shipping, travel, setup, live execution, teardown, closeout, booths, demonstrations, and swag logistics.
• Coordinate internal teams, leadership, vendors, venues, contractors, equipment, hardware, freight, and event materials.
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including locations, permits, insurance, rentals, talent, catering, equipment, schedules, and site access.
• Track budgets, purchasing, commitments, invoices, returns, storage, results, and lessons learned while escalating risks and potential overages.
• Develop repeatable production workflows, templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, and visibility across concurrent projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience producing corporate events, trade shows, experiential marketing programs, photo shoots, video shoots, or similar productions.
• Experience managing vendors, venues, schedules, budgets, travel, equipment, and onsite logistics.
• Experience creating production plans, timelines, checklists, run-of-show documents, call sheets, and contingency plans.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Willingness and availability to travel, work outside standard business hours when required, and perform hands-on setup, execution, and teardown work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting aerospace, robotics, automotive, advanced manufacturing, engineering, or technology-focused organizations.
• Experience with vehicles, prototypes, large hardware, demonstrations, trade shows, industry conferences, executive events, customer engagements, or government-related events.
• Experience coordinating production vendors, venues, photographers, videographers, talent, locations, and rental resources.
