Group Internal Auditor (Interim)

What you will do

• Lead financial and non-financial audits across hirify.global’s global business units and functions.
• Develop audit engagement programmes and conduct audits in new and dynamic areas.
• Work with stakeholders on audit findings, recommendations, actions, and implementation progress.
• Identify emerging internal and external risks and advise the business on risk exposure and mitigation.
• Improve Risk and Internal Audit processes and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous internal or external audit experience across finance and/or shared services.
• Strong understanding of risk, control, and assurance activities.
• Completed ACA, ACCA, or CIA professional qualification.
• Strong communication, report-writing, judgement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity, manage difficult conversations, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge and experience of entry-level AI tools.

Nice to have

• Risk management experience.
• Task mining or process mining experience.
• Data analytics, BI, SQL reporting, or Tableau skills.
