Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript)

Location: London, UK. This is an in-person role with office attendance Monday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Shape product features from early definition through implementation, release, and iteration.
• Build end-to-end customer-facing features across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop backend services with TypeScript, Node, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes.
• Build frontend experiences with TypeScript and React.
• Expand the third-party integration marketplace and create reliable connections with the HR technology ecosystem.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, infrastructure improvements, bug fixes, and customer problem-solving in collaboration with Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Multiple years of industry experience building full-stack web applications, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong TypeScript knowledge and experience working across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience taking features from idea through production and delivering meaningful customer value.
• Strong product instincts, with appreciation for design, usability, and product craftsmanship.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product and Design and contributing to technical architecture decisions.
• High ownership, sound engineering judgment, and comfort balancing speed with quality across changing priorities.
