Cybersecurity Analyst II

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual; midshift

What you will do

• Manage the provisioning, modification, and decommissioning of user and service accounts on Windows platforms.
• Review and fulfill access requests according to security policies and service-level agreements.
• Administer Windows and StrongDM identity and access management solutions.
• Investigate and resolve access incidents, authentication problems, and user issues.
• Perform access reviews, compliance validations, and audit support activities.
• Maintain procedures and technical documentation while identifying opportunities for scripting and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access management, or Windows administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, file shares, and account management.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams in an operational environment.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with PowerShell, SQL, or C++.
