What you will do
- Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of WB CISO change initiatives for the Asia region.
- Integrate information security deliverables into sourcing, procurement, data protection, operational resilience, and non-financial risk processes.
- Assess regional security threats, translate them into practical measures, and monitor implementation.
- Advise business management and integrate security requirements into local business projects.
- Plan or execute cyber scenario analyses and oversee red teaming activities.
- Manage cybersecurity regulatory changes, audits, and third-party cyber risk management obligations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in cybersecurity and/or IT risk management.
- Knowledge of attack surface management, security detection and response, IT and cyber risk management, or identity and access management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work from the Manila office at One Ayala Tower 2.
