Growth Lead (SEO + AEO + Content)

What you will do

• Collaborate on complex, large-scale, time-critical SEO, AEO, and content projects.
• Forecast performance, set targets, build reporting, and communicate progress toward goals.
• Monitor leading consumer technology companies and competitors, analyzing campaigns and website performance.
• Run A/B tests and recommend improvements to marketing programs and conversion funnels.
• Build growth marketing business cases, including opportunity sizing with Analytics and Finance teams.
• Prioritize scalable web platforms and page-level SEO initiatives, coordinating analysis with data science.

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency or in-house experience in technical SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced spreadsheet capability.
• Experience with PPC, SEM, paid search, or paid advertising.
• Strong product sense and the ability to solve challenging problems with simple product solutions.
• Understanding of web and native app ecosystems, plus experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience managing direct collaborators and delivering client projects on time.

• Experience with programmatic SEO.
