Senior Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Design data science methodologies and solutions for lifecycle marketing, including causal inference and uplift modeling.
• Lead experimentation frameworks covering A/B/n testing, variance reduction, and policy evaluation.
• Research, prototype, and productionize multi-armed bandits and contextual reinforcement learning for personalization and timing optimization.
• Guide technical decision-making in uncertain problem spaces and shape product direction.
• Present modeling decisions and business value to customers and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists and raise the team's technical standards.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on data science experience, including lifecycle marketing, personalization, or customer analytics.
• Advanced expertise in statistics, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Production experience with reinforcement learning and multi-armed bandit models.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing internal teams and presenting to executive-level customers.
