Continuously Improvement Manager (Lean Six Sigma)

What you will do

• Lead the site continuous improvement program in alignment with the global CIP strategy.
• Manage cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and consult with cross-functional teams on improvement methods.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen best practices to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Integrate suppliers and customers into Lean and Six Sigma activities across the product value stream.
• Deliver at least one critical project per year with positive business results.

Requirements

• Certified Black Belt.
• Significant Lean and Kaizen experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience using Minitab and strong statistical analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• More than five years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
