Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role requires international travel for at least 50% of the time, including visits to customers, distributors, livestock production sites, exhibitions, and regional meetings.

What you will do
- Support Phileo sales and technical teams, distributors, and customers across the Asia Pacific swine business.
- Organize technical training, customer meetings, regional seminars, symposiums, and industry events.
- Provide technical services, resolve product application issues, assess customer needs, and support key accounts.
- Design, coordinate, and follow up on swine product field evaluations, conviction trials, and R&D trials.
- Contribute to product portfolio management, innovation programs, technical publications, and new swine data generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, customer segments, and strategic opportunities with commercial teams.
Requirements
- Agricultural engineering, veterinary, or PhD qualification with specialization in swine and a nutrition background.
- At least 10 years of practical experience in swine nutrition, production systems, or disease-related areas.
- Strong ability to analyze livestock diets and production issues, evaluate products, and make objective field recommendations.
- Knowledge of swine business processes, feed production, customer needs, and product application troubleshooting.
- Ability to influence through indirect leadership, communicate diplomatically, and work with commercial, technical, marketing, and R&D teams.
- English is essential. International travel of at least 50% is required, with occasional weekend and early or late working hours.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of probability and statistics and experience using statistical programs.
- Experience supporting poultry or other animal species in addition to swine.
- Additional language skills.
