Quality Specialist (Chemical Compliance)

What you will do

• Lead gate checks before first delivery and secure the four-eyes principle.
• Plan and conduct pre-audits and audits with business teams and suppliers according to hirify.global quality standards.
• Enable root cause analysis and support containment and corrective actions following audit results.
• Lead quality improvement, category, and local or global quality-method projects.
• Develop and implement common quality processes, frameworks, tools, and working methods.
• Coach and train business teams and suppliers in quality standards and tools such as 5 Whys, root cause analysis, and FMEA.

Requirements

• University degree in quality management, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Technical background and significant experience in quality or compliance management, including chemical issues and product quality.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, laboratories, consultancy firms, governmental authorities, and production environments.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards, production technologies, and materials.
• Ability to deliver results through engaging, leading, and inspiring people.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese, spoken and written, are required.
